Terms and Conditions for Beauty by Ellie - 

Payments & Bookings:

• I understand that my total service amount must be paid in full by the end of my appointment. 
• I understand that all payments / booking fees I make are non-refundable. 
• I understand that my payment / booking fee will only be refunded if my artist is unable to make or reschedule a booking. 
• I understand that I MUST give 48hrs notice to my artist if I cannot make an appointment or a 50% fee will be charged. 
• I understand that if I cancel an appointment with only 24hrs notice to my artist, full payment of the service will be charged. 
• I understand that if I don’t show up for an appointment with my artist, full payment of the service will be charged and I will risk all future appointments being cancelled. 

Eyelash Extensions/Eyelash Services:

• I understand that eyelash treatments have some inherent risk of irritation to the orbital eye area, including the eye itself. I understand that this can result in stinging and burning, blurry vision should the adhesive enter the eye or should an allergic reaction occur. 
• I understand that some irritation, burning or itching may occur on the skin if the bonding agent comes into contact with it. 
• I understand that eyelash extensions are a SEMI-permanent procedure and my natural lashes will grow and fall out as my lash cycle will continue normally. I understand I will lose up to 5 lashes per day due to my cycle. 
• I understand that I cannot wet my eyelash extensions for 24hrs after treatment - if I fail to follow ALL aftercare instructions, my artist will not be responsible for any damage to my lashes / loss of natural lashes. 
• I understand pregnancy can cause retention issues and premature lash loss due to hormones. 
• I understand oily skin can cause retention issues and premature lash loss due to the oil. 
• I understand exercising regularly can cause retention issues and premature lash loss due to sweat.  
• I understand that there are many variables to the overall life to my eyelash extensions, including hair growth cycle, the use of cosmetics and skin care products, underlying health issues, severe climate change and the aftercare that will influence how long my eyelash extensions remain in place. 
• I understand that I cannot rub my eyes or pull on my lash line after my lashes have been applied. 
• I understand that using mascara will shorten the length of time my eyelash extension remain in place. 
•  I understand that if I use any other lash cleanser or product not advised by my artist, any damage / loss of lashes etc will not be the fault of my artist.

Your Health: 

• I will advise my artist of any sesntivity / health issues I have with my eyes, hair, face or body in this form and will update my artist if new issues arise. 
• I will advise my artist of any serious health issues I have that may affect my treatment in this form and will update my artist if new issues arise. 
• I agree that if I have an allergic reaction to a product that my artist has used, this does not fall ill on my artist. I will notify my artist as soon as possible for further instruction. 

Products (includes all products for waxing, lashing, tinting) :

• I understand that some irritation or burning may occur on the skin if I have an allergic reaction to any of the products used and do not hold my artist accountable for any allergic reactions I may have.
